mark is responsible for the creativity that is the hallmark of spring hill cuisine. he oversees the culinary direction of the business, including all menu production and overall management of the staff.
marjorie chang fuller, co-owner
marjorie is responsible for overseeing all aspects of spring hill business, image and marketing. she had a big hand in the concept, design and construction of the restaurant.
